Yoga at Giri Sea Cliff is designed as a sanctuary between mountain and sea, where guests of all levels can connect body, breath, and landscape. Our signature experience, Surya Sevana, is a sunrise yoga ritual that greets the first light of the peak of Mount Agung from our cliffside pavilion, blending gentle asanas, breathwork, and meditation as the sun rises over the ocean.
Throughout the day, a rotating schedule of Morning Flow, Afternoon Restore, and Twilight Grounding offers energizing vinyasa, restorative and yin-inspired sessions, and calming evening practices timed with the changing colors of the sky. Classes take place in our open-air cliffside pavilion, on secluded garden platforms, or within the privacy of your villa, with mats and props provided.
Private sessions can be tailored for individuals, couples, or small groups, with special focus options such as yoga for jet lag, pre- and post-hike recovery, breathwork, and stress relief. Our internationally trained instructors emphasize safe alignment, accessible variations, integrated pranayama, and a welcoming, non-dogmatic approach suitable for every body.
